Zombie Net
Controls:
Spacebar to shoot the net and WASD or Arrow keys to control it
This game was created by Kenan and Marcel for the 2024 Game Dev Society, hosted at the University of Canterbury. The prompt was 'One of us', and our idea was to capture zombies and convert them to humans that fight for us. Additionally we used the modifiers:
- Keep doubling it! (Some element must keep doubling)
- The blade itself (You play as the weapon, not the one wielding it)

Hey everyone!
Thank you all for playing Zombie Net. This morning it's crossed 200 browser plays, a very exciting milestone for us. So we've decided to work on another small QoL update. However as we mentioned in replies to previous comments, we're getting really busy. So it will take us a while to get it released.

You should look into saving the upgrades into local storge for returning players.
This is a cool concept. Its pretty difficult at the start and each upgrade really feels worth it.

We're glad you like the game! Saving along with some other QoL fearures is on the list for the next update.
Sadly we're getting very busy this time of year so we cannot provide an ETA, however Zombie Net has been getting a lot of attention so it'll get higher on the priority list.

Only one problem for me, at some point you got too many humans, so you have lot of money but the game won't end, you should add either a button to end the game earlier or another mecanic :) but i enjoyed it mostly

Returning home and a starting night upgrade is on the list for the next update. These should make runs go a little faster.
Sadly we're getting very busy this time of year so we cannot provide an eta, but if Zombie Net gets a lot of attention we'll push it up our priority list :)
